These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Tattoo Generator offered at aitattoo.one ("AITattoo", "we", "us"). By using the site, creating an account, or generating tattoo concepts, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use AITattoo. When you register, you represent that the information you submit is accurate and kept current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
AITattoo provides AI-assisted tattoo ideation, including prompt-based concept generation and downloadable artwork. We may update or discontinue features at any time. Designs are for inspiration only—you remain responsible for consulting licensed tattoo artists and verifying that a design is safe, appropriate, and legally permissible before getting it inked.
When using the service you agree not to:
You retain ownership of prompts, reference images, and other materials you submit. By providing content, you grant AITattoo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. Generated outputs may be used by you for personal and commercial purposes, subject to compliance with applicable laws and the rights of any third parties referenced in your prompts. We may store and review prompts or outputs to enforce these Terms, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the model experience.
All site content, trademarks, and technology not provided by users are owned by AITattoo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted above, no licenses are implied. You may not remove proprietary notices or use our branding without permission.
Paid plans, credits, or subscriptions are billed through our payment partners under the pricing shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through your dashboard. We do not guarantee refunds for partially used billing periods, but you may reach out to support if you encounter service issues.
AITattoo is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated designs will meet your expectations, be unique, or be suitable for a permanent tattoo.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITattoo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the incident.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or create risk for other users. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may delete your account by contacting support. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law) will continue to apply.
We may modify these Terms to reflect product updates, new legal requirements, or improvements to clarity. When changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, via email or an in-app banner). Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated, and continued use signifies acceptance.
